Different Ways to install Apps/Games on a Samsung

Hey guys,
As you all know I am a member of the Darkforest Group Forum and have put my personal phone number there..I receive various texts on my phone on queries regarding Monte as well as star and sometimes jet and champ too..Through these texts I realized that many people have doubt on installing Java apps on their Samsung phones..So I have made this post which will cover all the possible ways of Installing a Jar file that is an appp or a game on your Samsung Phone..
1)The regular method
This method is for the phones having easy java like the Monte and some of the Stars as some firmwares in
Star don't have easy java..In this method,All you need to do is click on the jar file and it automatically
installs itself..
2)The upload method
This is for those who have a internet connection on the phone as well as the pc..Just upload the jar file on
getjar or mobile9 or mobiles24 and the the code which is generated can be used to download on the
phone..Its a bit of hard work for us..
3)The Browser method
This is an amazing method of installing games using your browser...Just open your browser and in the
address field,type file:///Mount/Mmc/other files/Name of game.jar the part in red depends on where the
file is and what it is named..Please change it accordingly..And the game will be automatically installed..
4)Make an HTML file..
Make a txt file and type

<head>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=Name of game.jar">
</head>
</html>
and then save it as a .html file..Then transfer both the jar and html on your phone and then open the html file..
Make sure both the files are in the same directory..

Alternatives to the Utalk problem.

On flashing to firmwares like XEJE1,you may have noticed something called UTalk that comes up..Its nothing but Palringo but in Russian language..To make it in English..just tap on the left options and tap each item..in one of them you will find 2 options English and Russian..Tap English and you are done..
But,If you want the original palringo which also exists in the firmware..Use TKFE,Navigate to EXE->Games and Locked Games and copy the contents into Exe->Games and Hidden Games and in the Utalk folder replace the contents with the palringo files.. But BEWARE!! Dont rename the folder from Utalk to anything..and restart...
To entirely remove it,Open TK file explorer,navigate to Exe,Games and Hidden games and then delete the game.To remove it from the menu itself, in the registry of ur fone in the TKFE,open MainMenu_reg.ini and remove the corresponding code for ualk..Im not sure which one it is though...

Get more juice out of your monte speakers..

So guys want more juice out of your speakers?? Here's how you do it..

I will not be liable for any problems after following this tutorial, especially if you damage the speaker

Dial * # 7092463 * # to open the internals menu..

This is what the internal menu looks like..

Press "3 - TEST DEVICE"
This menu will appear...

Press 5, which corresponds to audio. You get this..

Once there, press 3 for SPK config (if you want to increase the sound of ur headphones then select 2.EAR config)
You get this..

Press 1, which corresponds Wave/Mp3 SPK. You'll get this..

Press 5, which corresponds SPK MP3. You will get this..

Press 3, which corresponds to SKP EXT_AMP MP3 INPUT.

Press - key on the keyboard...

When u press -,READ changes to WRITE. Tap in the writing area, then type a number between 0 and 14, with 0 being the original setting (the lowest), 14 being the highest.

Press OK, you get a black screen,

Then press OK and you will see this..

Now just Play the music and see the increase in the volume!!
Please note that the setting of 14 is not recommended,even volume of 6 is stronger than its original volume..At 14,the sizzling sound is not great for listening to music.

EDIT: In any case avoid going to a level of volume or the speaker crackles!

IMPORTANT: On restarting the fone,the settings get automatically reset to normal..

Adding to locked games..

Connect ur mobile via usb and select the option samsung kies then open TK File explorer
set the com port and baud rate
(available device manager->modem->samsung mobile modem)

you can find which com port your phone is using following this

1- go to device manager
2- select Modems
3- select samsung monte modem
4- go to the tap modem and here is the port in the first line

as shown in this picture

Notice that I am connected to COM5 you may get another number do not freak out ,not yet anyway ;D ;D ;D

take the values of the first Picture and enter them as follows
you can get this menu from the menu bar

settings then select COM

go to EXE\Java\Locked Games
create a new folder with the game/software name
now select the jar and jad files from the folders and download

Must do after transfer

now disconnect ur mobile
and type this in keypad
*#7092463*# (*#3971258*# in some models)
"Internals" appears
goto "5 DB Management"->"Update DB"->"1 JAV

Use Monte's front camera to take pictures

Have you ever wondered whether you can take pictures using Monte's front 3G camera?
Well the answer is yes you can..
Follow these steps..

1) Dial *#7353#
2) Select VT Camera
3) Press camera button to click photos
4) Photos are saved in your phone memory's image folder..
Simple..
